When the homeowners moved into this classic Clarksville bungalow, the interior was very dark. Everything was shades of olive green and red. They desired to give everything a more modern face lift and we started by painting all of the walls and trim white to brighten it up. Just that alone, made such a huge difference, but the kitchen needed updating too. The previous olive green cabinets were changed to a deep navy blue, we removed the stainless shelving and installed wood shelves to warm it up and play off the existing flooring. We also installed a new tile backsplash to the ceiling to add subtle texture and pattern and updated the pendants lights to a more modern, yet classic schoolhouse type fixture.
